America is a free country, allowing you or your loved
ones the Right to bail, although there are some exceptions.
According to the state of Oklahoma, all persons shall
be eligible for bail by sufficient sureties except
for the following offenses: Capitol offenses where
guilt is evident, violent offenses, offenses where
the maximum sentence may be life imprisonment with
or without parole, felony offenses with two or more
prior felony convictions and controlled dangerous substance
offenses where the maximum sentence may be incarceration
of at least ten (10) years. On all offenses, aside
from capitol offenses, denial of bail must be based
on the fact that no condition of release would assure
the safety of the community or any person.
If you have been denied bail or are posting bail
