Tommy
Adler was born and raised in Oklahoma City.
He graduated from Bishop McGuinness Catholic High
School. He received his undergraduate degree in Public
Relations/Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University
of Oklahoma College of Law with a focus on Constitutional
Law. During law school, Mr. Adler was a legal intern
with the Oklahoma City criminal defense firm of J.W.
Coyle.
After graduation, Mr. Adler worked as a Public Defender
in Oklahoma County in the felony trial division. He
represented clients in over 1000 cases ranging from
misdemeanors to murders. Mr. Adler assisted in the
training of new lawyers at the Public Defender's office
and drafted the still-used protocol manual for the
appropriate and professional representation of clients.
During his tenure as a Public Defender, Mr. Adler was
successful in either securing a dismissal or winning
a verdict of not guilty for his clients in nearly 90%
of his cases that were called for jury trial.
Mr. Adler is a graduate of the Western Trial Advocacy
Institute located in Laramie, WY where he studied criminal
defense litigation under a host of the nation's most
respected criminal defense trial lawyers. He has also
attended post-graduate training at the Absolute Criminal
Defense Litigator's Conference in Las Vegas, NV and
has twice attended the Pat Williams Criminal Defense
Institute sponsored by the Oklahoma Criminal Defense
Lawyer's Association.
Mr. Adler is married and enjoys traveling with his
wife, golf, running, and OU sports. He also enjoys
cooking, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his
dog.
Tamra A. Spradlin

Ms.
Spradlin received her Bachelor of Arts Degree
in 1989 and her Juris Doctorate Degree in 1992 from
Oklahoma City University. While attending law school,
she received awards including the Judge Tom Brett Criminal
Law Award was recognized by the law school faculty
as Outstanding Senior Student. After graduation,
she began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender
with the Oklahoma County Public Defenders Office assigned
to the felony trial division. In 1997 she was
transferred to the Capital Trial Division at the Public
Defenders Office where she remained until she became
the lead Criminal Defense Attorney at the law office
of Atkins & Markoff. Ms. Spradlin was the 2002
recipient of the Clarence Darrow Award from the Oklahoma
Criminal Defense Lawyers Association for her work on
capital cases. In addition to her work as an attorney,
Ms. Spradlin founded the Friends With Four Paws Foundation,
a non-profit rescue for dogs and cats who end up at
the animal shelter. Since 1998, FWFP has rescued
approximately 1500 animals who would otherwise have
been euthanized.
Gina K. Walker

Ms. Gina K. Walker is from Enid Oklahoma. Ms. Walker is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration in 1985 and a graduate of the Oklahoma City University Law School in 1993 with a Juris Doctorate. Ms. Walker graduated in the top ten percent of her law school class and was a member and Associate Research Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law School Law Review. Ms. Walker was the recipient of several legal scholarships, a member of the faculty honor roll, the recipient of the Law Review�s Editor in Chief�s Award for Outstanding Service, and the recipient of American Jurisprudence awards in Constitutional Law and Sales. Ms. Walker was an intern and young associate in a Norman, Oklahoma law firm until going to work for the Oklahoma County Public Defender�s Office in August, 1994.
As an attorney in the Public Defender�s office, Ms. Walker represented thousands of individuals charged with crimes ranging from capital murder to traffic tickets. In the Public Defender�s office Ms. Walker was promoted to a Team Leader position in February of 2000. In that position she worked a felony trial docket and supervised and trained young lawyers. In May of 2002, Ms. Walker was promoted to the Capital Trial Team where she remained for four years representing individuals facing the death penalty. Ms. Walker has given training presentations on a wide range of criminal law issues and has addressed a forensics class at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma, on issues relating to D.N.A. and ethics in forensic science.
Ms. Walker�s interests when not practicing law include reading, cooking, and enjoying anything involving the great outdoors.
Ms. Walker is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Oklahoma County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Daniel Pines
Markoff, Oklahoma Attorney

Mr.
Markoff was born and raised in Houston, Texas, received
his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas
at Austin and his law degree from Oklahoma City University
School of Law. He also studied Comparative Law at Oxford
University, and Spanish at the Universidad de Valencia,
in Valencia, Spain. While in law school, he was the
recipient of the Raymond D. Naifeh Judicial Fellowship,
and clerked for Oklahoma Country District Judge Eugene
H. Mathews. Prior to his law career, Mr. Markoff worked
on the 1988 Presidential Campaign as National Advance
Staff, and as the Immigration Coordinator for the Houston
Volunteer Lawyers Program.
Mr. Markoff
was one of the first lawyers in Oklahoma to represent
women injured by silicone breast implants and
the diet drug combination, Fen/Phen. During those cases, and others, Mr. Markoff
was interviewed by CNN, The CBS Evening News,
Cosmopolitan Magazine and all major TV stations
in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. He
also represented and assisted Lynn Starks, who
with the help of State Representative Leonard
Sullivan, changed the laws regarding bunk bed
construction statewide, nationwide and worldwide.

Jeffrey R.
Atkins, Oklahoma Attorney

Mr.
Atkins is a native Oklahoman, born and raised in Sapulpa,
Oklahoma. He received his undergraduate degree in business
administration from the University of Central Oklahoma
where he was also a 4-year member of the golf team.
He obtained his law degree from The University of Oklahoma
College of Law. While in law school he received the
American Jurisprudence Award for his academic excellence
in Conflicts of Laws and Professional Responsibility.

Barry R. Davis

Mr. Davis was born
in Havre de Grace, Maryland, raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma,
received his undergraduate degree in 1971 from
the University of Oklahoma and received his law
degree from Oklahoma City University Law School
in 1975. Mr. Davis has maintained a commercial
and insurance trial practice in Oklahoma for thirty
years. He is a certified mediator, trained by the
American Arbitration Association, and has mediated
and arbitrated over 1,000 cases.
Mr. Davis is a member
of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma
County Bar Association, and the Association of
Attorney-Mediators. He currently serves as Treasurer
of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of
the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is licensed to
practice law by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma,
the United States District Courts for the Western
and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the United
States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr.
Davis has been married for 28 years and has 3 children. In addition to his work as
an attorney Mr. Davis teaches an adult Sunday
school class and sings in his church choir.
