Testimonials
Our son was arrested for Public Intoxication. As parents we were befuddled since he told us he had very little alcohol that evening (Less than one drink) which was confirmed by an attorney who he worked with that evening. Additionally my son requested a breathalizer test to prove he was below the legal limit but it was never administered. Our concern as parents was that the “system” would find him guilty because it was his word against the Police officer. We hired Tommy to represent our son. I attended the trial and was very impressed with several things about Tommy’s approach. First and foremost he did not let the opposing counsel twist and turn the facts as so often happens. Secondly he examined both my son and the other attorney as witnesses in a very thorough fashion that built a strong case. The Judge had no option but to dismiss in spite of strong tetimony from the arresting officer that was by the way not fully accurate.
While we believed in ours sons innocence I think that without Tommy’s strong representation the system would have found our son guilty. Thanks again Tommy.

Statement to Clients
I feel truly called and immensely blessed to be able to serve each and every one of my clients in their cases. I have seen an endless number of serious, dangerous, and negative situations result in miraculous healing, vindication, and redemption. My goal in every case is not only to make sure that my clients see the most outstanding results available under the law in their court cases, but to ensure that we have worked together to find long-term solutions for whatever the underlying problems are that got them into these bad situations to begin with. I honestly believe that I have the best job in the world and I am excited to come to work every day and fight for my clients, who I know have put their lives in my hands. If a client is willing to trust me with the most important thing they have going on in their life, I always strive to surpass their expectations of availability, compassion, and outcome.Education

Featured Case
For me, there is no one particular case or client that I think is my “favorite”. My favorite type of case however, is an easy question for me to answer. Any case involving a young person as my client is one that makes me the most excited. I know that in cases with young people, the difficult situation they are facing is an opportunity to turn their lives down a better path and to address any problems or issues that they may be having before it is too late. All of our young clients are blessed with families that love them and possess very bright futures. The thought of letting their case get in the way of their potential and dreams is something that motivates us greatly. This allows us to come up with a game plan that not only leads to extraordinary outcomes in their cases, but that teaches them valuable life lessons and sets their life back on a successful track. These days, there are so many potential roadblocks and temptations facing our children at a younger and younger age. Our goal for our representation is to help families reinforce and redefine the values and principles that they stand for and to give these young people a second chance at the future we all know they are capable of earning.
